About the role

3 Night Shifts per week to include every other weekend and holiday. Shift Differential for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Be a team leader.
• Afford residents with the knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum of an unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license.
• Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable but not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
