About the role
This is an opportunity to provide exceptional clinical care while forming meaningful relationships with the elders who call our Village home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care
- Support residents with both chronic and rehabilitative needs
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- A passion for working with elders and supporting their health and quality of life
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility (preferred)
- Valid Florida RN license
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation protocols
