We are seeking a caring, dynamic, and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to share your passions, skills, and experience in a role where your actions directly impact the health and wellbeing of every resident you serve. About the Role

In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with residents and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active RN license.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

$46.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-Time and PRN shifts available.

Come join our in-house therapy team at the beautiful Highland Park Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing facility in Aurora, Colorado. Our 110-bed facility houses a resident demographic with varying acuity, giving you the opportunity to assist in the betterment of all walks of life amongst those we steward.
