As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services to our patients. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, supervising nursing assistants, and participating in the development of individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and personalized care. Responsibilities: Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts, receive and transcribe telephone orders from physicians, and chart nurse’s notes in an informative and descriptive manner Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, and develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, and applying and changing dressings/bandages Monitor personnel to ensure they are following established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure Must be able to work 12 hours a shift Benefits Offered (full-time): Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k following 6 months of service If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
