As a dedicated healthcare provider, Foremost at Sharon is committed to delivering exceptional medical care to our patients and residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. We are seeking a talented and compassionate RN or LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital sign checks
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care

Requirements

• Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Certified in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
