Diamond Grove Center is an 85-bed behavioral psychiatric hospital located in Louisville, Miss. We feature individual units for children and adolescents, offering inpatient acute care and residential treatment. On average, 1,000 patients receive care from our compassionate healthcare team each year.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients admitted to Diamond Grove Center.
• Facilitate the orderly admission of psychiatric patients, balancing patient comfort with operational needs.
• Establish therapeutic rapport and verbally de-escalate patients in crisis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting; 1 year of general nursing experience.
• Mississippi Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Eligibility to qualify for CPI and CPR certification.

Schedule

Full-time Baylor position: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
