We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our growing outpatient team. This role combines hands-on patient care with clinical oversight responsibilities, ensuring high-quality infusion services while supporting operational excellence. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical nursing operations for infusion and support services
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standards
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of clinical policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing personnel records
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage across clinics while managing labor costs
- Coordinate schedules including PTO, sick time, and overtime in alignment with labor guidelines
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
- Step in to support direct patient care and infusion services as needed
- Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance metrics
- Promote best practices aligned with organizational objectives and patient care standards
- Ensure proper charge capture and coding practices, including staff education on reimbursement guidelines
- Support the creation of new services and patient-focused initiatives
- Contribute to programs that enhance patient, family, and staff experience
Requirements
- Active New York RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- Experience in infusion nursing, outpatient care, or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care delivery
- Experience in infusion therapy and/or clinical research
- Familiarity with reimbursement guidelines, coding, and compliance

Pay
The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $98,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays.
This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Albany, NY.
