About the role

As the Registered Nurse (RN), you will manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. You will provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. You will work closely with the Director and the PCAs throughout your day.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and perform assessments
• Administer medications as needed
• Oversee patient care plans
• Assure safety and physical comfort of residents
• Address patients' emotional needs
• Other duties as assigned per need and policy

Requirements

• Current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state
• Valid CPR certification
