RN - Ambulatory - Geriatrics

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys working with the geriatric population, works in a fast‑paced clinic performing telephone triage, assists patients with complex health‑care needs, and provides hands‑on patient care. The clinic offers primary and specialty care, including subspecialties such as Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic. Teamwork and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enjoys working with the geriatric population.
• Works in a fast‑paced clinic speaking directly with patients doing telephone triage.
• Assists patients with their complex health‑care needs.
• Provides hands‑on patient care in the clinic.
• Works in a primary and specialty care setting, including subspecialties such as Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic.
• Functions well in a collaborative environment where teamwork is vital.

Requirements

• 6 months of RN experience (required).
• Relevant RN experience (preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact state licensure (required upon hire).
• CPR/BLS certification (required upon hire).
• Applicable clinical certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).

Schedule

100% FTE, day shifts with no weekends or holidays. Primary work location: Fitchburg Clinic.
