RN, Ambulatory Clinic - Rheumatology
About the role
The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics establishes goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics considers factors related to safety, effectiveness and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics delegates and supervises care in accordance with the WI Nurse Practice. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assumes responsibility for their professional development.

Experience
- Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred
Education
- Nursing Licensure Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
Licensure
- Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire

- FTE: 0.800000, Standard Hours: 32.00
- Shift 1: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Holidays: no, Weekends: no
- 1 day in clinic, 3 days remote
- Training in clinic
