Responsibilities

• Affords patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.
• Formulates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Executes interventions to achieve patient outcomes and monitors progress continually.
• Modifies care plans in response to changes in patient conditions.
• Conducts bedside lab tests and guarantees accurate documentation.
• Trains patients considering their cultural, age, gender, and developmental aspects.
• Maintains safety and compliance with standards, policies, and safety objectives.
• Involves in quality improvement efforts and reacts swiftly to patient needs.
• Serves on unit councils to enhance care quality.
