RN Adult Day Shifts

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in homecare for adult patients requiring G-tube and Tracheostomy care. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions tailored to diagnosis and goals.Respond to patient condition changes, report to physicians or supervisors, and administer medications and treatments accordingly.Review care plans, identify education and discharge planning needs, and ensure quality care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practicing state.Valid health certificate, BLS certification, and recent PPD or Chest X-ray.Preferably one year of RN experience.
