About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in homecare for adult patients requiring G-tube and Tracheostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions tailored to diagnosis and goals.
- Respond to patient condition changes, report to physicians or supervisors, and administer medications and treatments accordingly.
- Review care plans, identify education and discharge planning needs, and ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, BLS certification, and recent PPD or Chest X-ray.
- Preferably one year of RN experience.
