RN - Adult and Pediatric Home Care

About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care and provide one-on-one care to clients in Troy and Hawk Point. We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts available:

• Adult client in Troy: Monday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wednesday/Thursday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, plus day shifts every other weekend
• Pediatric client in Troy: Wednesday/Thursday 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Adult client in Hawk Point: Fridays 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We match you with cases nearest you to ensure short commute times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Utilize electronic charting for documentation

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Schedule

• Evening or overnight shifts available
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (full shift work)
• Part-time or full-time positions (PRN currently not available)

• Paid training from day one (in-office, in-home, and online)
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs
• Around-the-clock clinical support by phone
• Multitude of paid training to ensure comfort and competence on your first shift
