Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Oversee daily operations, including patient care, staff scheduling, and supply management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in budget planning and management to ensure effective use of resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in a similar role or position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong patient care and customer service skills
