Pay

Attractive pay starting at $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 salary for orientation, then converting to a per-point pay method.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient start-of-care comprehensive assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of plan of care
• Completes OASIS assessments timely and accurately
• Provides skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with the plan of care and agency policies
• Helps achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by communicating information with individual staff, physicians, family members, and community resources
• Initiates appropriate referrals when indicated
• Promotes and maintains patient health through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures
• Assists patients in learning appropriate self-care techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
• One year of clinical experience as an RN (if less than one year, approval by VP of clinical is required)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
