Pay
Attractive pay starting at $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 salary for orientation, then converting to a per-point pay method.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Performs patient start-of-care comprehensive assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of plan of care
- Completes OASIS assessments timely and accurately
- Provides skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with the plan of care and agency policies
- Helps achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by communicating information with individual staff, physicians, family members, and community resources
- Initiates appropriate referrals when indicated
- Promotes and maintains patient health through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures
- Assists patients in learning appropriate self-care techniques
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
- One year of clinical experience as an RN (if less than one year, approval by VP of clinical is required)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
