About the role

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process, technology, and resources within the institutional philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans based on patient and family needs
• Implementing, evaluating, and modifying care plans and interventions
• Ensuring accurate documentation to support healthcare team collaboration
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
• Educating patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and rehabilitation techniques
• Participating in team meetings and providing feedback for professional growth
• Upholding safety protocols and maintaining departmental competencies

Qualifications and skills

• Valid RN license and BLS certification
• College Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Clinical skills in caring for patients with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and safety standards
