About the Role
Provides direct patient care in a specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Works within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritize wellness, and model proficiency through precepting. Supports specialty education and competency validation supported by clinical educators.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients with moderate to high acuity
- Participate in evidence-based practices
- Contribute to safety and quality initiatives

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- At least 6 months of RN experience (preferred)
