Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient wellness, safety, and quality care, including specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity. Responsibilities Delivering top-of-scope nursing care and precepting new healthcare staff.Prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and evidence-based interventions.Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on quality outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited or state-approved nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC, valid through sixty days of hire.
