About the Role
Allendale Nursing & Rehab is seeking RNs for multiple shifts and schedules.
Position Details
- Full-Time: 2nd Shift
- Part-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift
- Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift
- 8-hour shifts
Compensation
- RN: $39.40 – $46.40 / hour based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time) – paid in installments

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Active RN license (Michigan)
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
- Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
