About the role

Union Post Acute is a long-term care and rehabilitation community in Union, South Carolina, offering a warm, home-like environment for residents. We are now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered South Carolina RN License
• Certified CPR
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• A passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

12-Hour Shifts Available

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every Other Weekend Required
