About the role

Our BAYADA Horsham Adult Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. The RN will provide one‑to‑one care for a 20‑year‑old client in Eagleville who sustained a C1‑C4 complete quadriplegia from a motor vehicle accident. The client is happy, determined, personable, and actively involved in his routine. The position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s location on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor the client’s condition.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands‑on care with autonomy in the home setting.
• Build a strong client relationship and support the client’s milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.

Pay

• Standard rates of $32‑35 per hour.
• Weekend rates of $40‑45 per hour, dependent upon shifts worked.
