  • You are confident presenting in front of large groups and can deliver clear, engaging, and polished content
  • You can explain complex technical concepts and workflows in a simple, accessible way
  • You are skilled at fielding questions in real time and adapting to audience needs
  • You can navigate challenging customer dynamics, including resistance to change and competing stakeholder priorities
  • You approach conflict constructively and use it to drive alignment and better outcomes
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • You can take ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear, actionable workflows
  • You are hands-on and willing to engage deeply in both planning and execution
  • You are highly organized and focus on preparation for internal and customer facing activities
  • You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
  • You possess a college degree from an accredited institution
