RMP Production Technician (Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Poly Required)

About the role

Provides RMP quality assurance for all services and deliverables required to support the Records Management Program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with federal guidelines digitization, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all priorities set by the agency digitization manager (Government).
• Maintain overall quality control of products, adhering to reliability, performance, and agency expectations.
• Makes proposals to correct or improve agency final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.
• Ensures staff is properly trained by providing orientation, initial, daily, and recurring job skill training to RMP Imaging Technicians and others.
• Develops and implements inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes and ensures final products meet all Agency, and National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) quality standards.
• Performs Digital Production Manager duties during PM’s absence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related Information Technology (IT) field or IT certification with at least 4 years’ experience with document imaging software technology.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph.
