RLR Sales Pallet Unloader

About the role

Pallet Unloader at R+L Carriers' Wilmington, OH pallet recycling shop. Responsibilities include unloading pallets, inspecting and sorting them, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets off trailers using a forklift
• Inspect and sort pallets into designated areas
• Bring sorted pallets to designated areas
• Clean and maintain equipment and trailers

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Operate hand tools (hammer, broom, moisture tester, etc.)
• Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to multitask

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
