RK Subaru Express Technician

Job Summary

The RK Subaru Express Technician at RK Auto will perform a variety of skilled labor duties related to the maintenance and repair of Subaru vehicles. This role is full-time and located at our Virginia Beach, Virginia location.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Subaru vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic services as needed
• Keep accurate records of all work completed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and certifications
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent training
• ASE certifications preferred
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
