About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships within the janitorial, industrial, safety, paper, and commercial laundry supply sectors. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored product solutions from our extensive inventory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products including janitorial chemicals, tissue, paper towels, toilet tissue, detergents, soaps, washers, dryers, and other commercial equipment.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in janitorial, industrial, safety, paper, or commercial laundry supplies.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, janitorial chemicals, tissue, paper towels, toilet tissue, detergents, soaps, washers, dryers, and commercial equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
