About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing other assigned tasks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
