Risk Transfer Consultant

Responsibilities
- Work diligently to obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance while achieving a desirable compliance rate for our clients.
- Directly work towards achieving the company’s vision of Minimizing Risk Maximizing Health, by reducing insurance liability for our clients from the third parties they are doing business with.
- Obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance from clients’ third-party entities, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and validating coverage details.
- Notify clients and third-party entities of certificate status, policy expirations, and provide various compliance reports.
- Participate in monthly/quarterly review meetings with clients, offering guidance on processes and procedures while identifying and escalating potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and coworkers via phone and email, maintaining a strong understanding of Risk Transfer Coordinator responsibilities.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a strong understanding of Risk Transfer Coordinator responsibilities.
- Can communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and coworkers via phone and email.
- Is able to participate in monthly/quarterly review meetings with clients, offering guidance on processes and procedures while identifying and escalating potential issues.
Skills

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $52,600 to $98,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is flexible based on your discretion and schedule.
