Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s risk management program.
• Guide carrier services, credit, and claims teams in identifying exposures and implementing approved solutions.
• Oversee insurance renewal, reporting, compliance, and analytics.
• Manage claims strategy.
• Conduct contract review and vendor management.
• Ensure enforcement of all carrier requirement policies put in place by R2 Logistics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities, including effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive insurance and claims background.
• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (preferred).
