Risk Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to decide sections. The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph: "In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities. Imagine Next! At Parsons, you can imagine a career where you thrive, work with exceptional people, and be yourself. Guided by our leadership vision of valuing people, embracing agility, and fostering growth, we cultivate an innovative culture that empowers you to achieve your full potential. Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible."
That's like "About the role" or "Company Overview". Could be "About the role". We'll put
About the role
then ...
.
- Job Description: "Parsons is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support a federal civil works and infrastructure program involving planning, site assessment, design, construction, and project closeout. The Risk Manager will lead program-level risk management across multiple task orders and geographically dispersed projects, helping Government leadership identify, assess, quantify, mitigate, and monitor risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, environmental compliance, performance, and mission objectives."
That's also part of description; could be part of About the role or separate "Job Description". But we can combine.
- What You’ll Be Doing: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). Should be a - list.
- What Required Skills You’ll Bring: list of required skills (including clearance, degree, experience, etc). Should be a
- list.
- What Desired Skills You’ll Bring: list of desired skills (Master's, certifications, experience with certain programs, etc). Could be a separate section "Desired Skills" or "Qualifications". The instruction mentions sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have "Required Skills" and "Desired Skills". Or combine into "Qualifications". But we need to follow instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map:
- About the role: intro paragraph.
- Responsibilities: "What You’ll Be Doing" list.
- Requirements: "What Required Skills You’ll Bring" list.
- Qualifications: maybe "What Desired Skills You’ll Bring" list? Or we could treat Desired Skills as "Qualifications". Or we could have "Skills" section for both required and desired? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine required and desired into one "Qualifications" section with subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond h3. Could have two sections: Requirements and Qualifications. That seems fine.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!" That's benefits. So we need a Benefits section with list.
- Pay: The posting includes "Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00". That's pay. So we need a Pay section with that info (maybe as
).
- Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides flexible work schedules mentioned in benefits. No explicit schedule like full-time, etc. There's "flexible work schedules" under benefits. No explicit schedule requirement like "Full-time". So we should not create a Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state a schedule like "Full-time" or "Part-time". So we omit Schedule.
- Also there is "Additional Position Expectations" about travel, security compliance, etc. That could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? It's more about expectations. Could be included in Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Additional Expectations". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Responsibilities or Requirements. Since it's about expectations (travel, security compliance), we could incorporate into Responsibilities as additional bullet points. However we must preserve all substantive information. We can add those as list items under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Additional Expectations" but not in allowed list. Better to incorporate into Responsibilities.
- Also there is "Security Clearance Requirement" repeated: "An active Secret security clearance is required for this position." Already in Required Skills. Also there is "This position is part of our Federal Solutions team." etc. That's more about company; could be in About the role.
- Also there is EEO statement and fraud warning; we must remove boilerplate.
Thus we will produce:
