Benefits: Employee discountsTraining & developmentCompany parties VABODE Behavioral Health Now Hiring: Part-Time Risk Manager (Hybrid) Location: Chesterfield, Virginia Position Type: Part-Time | Hybrid Position Summary VABODE Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Risk Manager to oversee risk management activities and ensure compliance with Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor the agency's Risk Management Plan.Oversee serious incident reporting, investigations, and CHRIS submissions.Conduct quarterly risk management reviews and identify trends.Monitor compliance with DBHDS licensing regulations.Develop and monitor corrective action plans and risk prevention strategies.Collaborate with agency leadership to promote client safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, human services, or a related field preferred.Experience in behavioral health risk management or regulatory compliance.Working knowledge of Virginia DBHDS regulations (12VAC35-105).Familiarity with CHRIS reporting, serious incident investigations, and corrective action plans.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Work Schedule: Flexible part-time hours with a hybrid work arrangement. On-site availability required as needed. Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with qualifications and experience.
