Risks and Responsibilities
- Supports the organization's regulatory, quality, patient safety, and risk management processes.
- Utilizes customer service capabilities, communication skills, computers, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Manages modifications to the Risk/Safety system and downloads related reports.
- Handles system requests, including investigation and resolution of problems.
- Maintains training guides and reference materials.
- Creates, develops, and delivers training for knowledge transfer to appropriate leadership.
- Performs accurate, timely data entry into assigned databases and generates reports from those databases.
- Administers assigned databases, managing security roles, troubleshooting, and other database-related tasks.
- Validates and monitors the integrity of databases managed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three years of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a healthcare or legal environment.
- Business courses with an emphasis on computer use and data management.
