On-siteOTHR$60–$90/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "RK&K’s Construction Management Division is hiring a Risk Management Professional to support risk management activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This position will be part of RK&K’s Project Controls practice and will work directly with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project and program risks. The position will support the development and implementation of risk management processes, integrate risk with cost and schedule controls, and provide recommendations to project and program leadership. The Risk Management Professional will also contribute to the continued development of RK&K’s risk management practice, including methodologies, tools, processes, and staff capabilities. Depending on experience, the position may lead risk management teams, supervise junior professionals, and serve as a senior advisor to clients and project leadership." That's about the role. - Essential Functions list: bullet points each starting with a verb. Those are responsibilities. List them: Lead the development and implementation of project and program risk management plans, processes, procedures, and governance frameworks. Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops with clients, project teams, contractors, and technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain risk registers, risk matrices, risk management plans, mitigation strategies, and associated documentation. Evaluate project risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, contracting, design, construction, funding, stakeholder, operational, and other areas. Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including probabilistic cost and schedule analysis, contingency evaluation, and risk-adjusted forecasting. Integrate risk management activities with project controls, including cost estimates, schedules, forecasts, contingency management, change management, and project performance reporting. Monitor emerging risks, mitigation actions, residual risk, and overall program risk exposure; identify trends and communicate material risks to project and program leadership. Prepare risk reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for project teams, clients, and executive-level stakeholders using tools such as Power BI and other risk management and reporting software. Support evaluation of project changes, claims, procurement strategies, delivery approaches, and other project decisions from a risk management perspective. Lead or support the development of risk management methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices for RK&K and its clients. Supervise, mentor, and provide technical direction to junior risk management and project controls staff, as applicable based on experience. - Required Experience: list bullet points. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in project or program risk management, project controls, construction management, or a related discipline, with experience appropriate to a mid-career or senior professional. Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks on complex projects or programs. Experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders and presenting risk information, analysis, and recommendations to project and program leadership. Experience integrating risk management with project cost, schedule, forecasting, and other project controls functions. Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and familiarity with risk modeling methodologies. Experience using Power BI and risk management or project controls software such as @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, Deltek Acumen, or similar software. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. - Preferred Qualifications: bullet points. PMP, PMI-RMP, PRMP, or similar risk or project management certification. Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or other relevant professional certification. Experience supporting major capital programs, infrastructure programs, or complex engineering and construction projects. Experience developing risk management methodologies, governance frameworks, tools, or organizational risk management practices. Experience leading risk management teams or supervising project controls or risk management professionals. - Other Duties: generic boilerplate, can be omitted? It's not essential but it's not boilerplate? It says "Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature...". Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. However it's generic. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Other Duties" is not necessarily boilerplate but it's generic. Might be okay to keep? But we can decide to omit because it's not substantive detail. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The "Other Duties" is somewhat generic but still part of job description. However it's not specific duties. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, not necessarily generic. I'd keep it maybe as a short paragraph under Responsibilities? But we have a Responsibilities section already covering essential functions. The "Other Duties" could be considered part of Responsibilities but it's generic. I'd omit to avoid filler. - What We Offer: includes benefits list. This is Benefits section. We need to extract benefits: Paid time off, Matching 401(k) plan, Student Loan Retirement Match Program, Paid Holidays, Tuition reimbursement, Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, Paid parental leave, Wellness programs and employee resource groups, Career Development, Much, much more! Also "excellent potential for career advancement and professional growth." and "attractive compensation packages commensurate with experience". The compensation phrase is generic; we should not create Pay section unless actual numbers given. There's a Pay Range: $60-$90/PH at the end. That is specific pay info. So we need a Pay section with that range. Schedule: not mentioned. So no Schedule section. Skills: maybe we can extract from Required Experience: strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Also experience with tools etc. Could be a Skills section. But we already have Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications into Requirements and Qualifications sections. Skills could be separate if we have specific skill list. We have "Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills". Also experience with specific software. Could be Skills. But we could also put those under Requirements. However the instruction says use headings for sections like Skills if there is content. We have content for Skills: analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, software proficiency. So we can make a Skills section. But we must not repeat content. We need to decide structure: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (required experience), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (skills and tools), Benefits (what we offer), Pay (pay range). That seems reasonable. Check for duplication: Required Experience includes experience with Power BI and software; Skills could list those same items. Might duplicate. Better to keep software under Skills, and keep experience under Requirements. But we can avoid duplication by not listing software in Requirements if we put in Skills. However the Required Experience bullet includes "Experience using Power BI and risk management or project controls software such as @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, Deltek Acumen, or similar software." That's experience, not just skill. Could be under Requirements. Skills could be "Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills". That's not duplicated. Thus we keep Requirements as the list of experience and education. Skills as the soft skills. Now Benefits: list items. Pay: "$60-$90/PH". Note: "PH" likely per hour. We'll output as is. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like "What We Offer RK&K offers excellent potential for career advancement and professional growth." That's part of Benefits? It's a statement about career advancement. Could be included in Benefits as a paragraph. But we can keep it as part of Benefits section. Also "Why RK&K?" section is promotional; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's marketing. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why RK&K?" is not those; but it's promotional. Might be considered not substantive? It's about company culture. Could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Why RK&K?" is substantive about company culture. Might be worth keeping? But we have no section for company overview. Could add an "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those list. So we cannot add a custom heading. Could we fold into About the role? That section is about the role, not company. Might be okay to add a paragraph after intro about company culture within About the role? But that would be adding content not originally there? It's already there in posting; we could include it as part of About the role (makes sense). However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have About the role heading and include both role description and company culture? Might be okay but could be mixing. Better to keep About the role as the role description only; we could omit the Why RK&K? section as it's not required headings and we have no place for it. But that would be omitting substantive info. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Since we cannot add a new heading, we could incorporate it into the Benefits section? Not ideal. Or we could add a paragraph under About the role after the role description, as it's still about the role/company. I think it's acceptable to include it under About the role as a brief paragraph. Thus About the role will contain the initial paragraphs plus the "Why RK&K?" paragraph. Now check for duplicated lines: none. Now produce HTML. Structure:

We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Other Duties" omitted. "What We Offer" we used. "Why RK&K?" we incorporated. Now ensure we didn't include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft the About the role paragraph.
