About the role
Oversee clinical risk management activities as a Full-time Risk Management Nursing Manager (RN).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between departments to prevent and investigate risk-related events
- Utilize extensive nursing experience and strong communication skills to support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Texas RN License
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
- Experience in Quality Improvement or Healthcare Risk Management
- Completion of an approved nursing degree program
- Basic computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
