EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to serve as the risk management leader for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. FAS provides restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory services to clients, including Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC). In this role, you will partner closely with FAS leadership and engagement teams to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early, while developing practical controls, workflows, and training that support engagements from intake through case closure. You will work collaboratively with the Office of General Counsel, firmwide risk management, and outside counsel, when appropriate, on matters requiring legal review and approval.
