About the role
The client trusts you to serve as the authoritative RMF subject matter expert and to lead the end-to-end implementation, accreditation, and continuous monitoring of all systems, including the Remote Exercise Enclave Defense Suite (MREEDS), simulation platforms, Mission Partner Environment (MPE), and associated Mission Command systems, ensuring compliance with DoD 8140 and JITC security guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Risk Management Framework (RMF) team
- Translate real-world needs into technical specifications
- Shape the program by combining RMF expertise and LVC-G training to create Warfighter Exercises (WFXs)
- Evaluate, implement, and disseminate IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation tools and procedures
- Create disaster recovery continuity of operations plans and enterprise incident response programs
- Administer and manage network security architecture concepts, including topology, protocols, components, and principles
- Manage server administration and systems engineering theories, concepts, and methods
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with systems engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Army Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework policies, directives, instructions, manuals, and best business practices
- Knowledge of current industry methods for evaluating, implementing, and disseminating IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation tools and procedures
- Knowledge of disaster recovery continuity of operations plans and enterprise incident response program, roles, and responsibilities
- Knowledge of network security architecture concepts, including topology, protocols, components, and principles
- Knowledge of server administration and systems engineering theories, concepts, and methods
- Secret clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
