Risk Management and Compliance Assistant

About the role

The Risk Management and Compliance Assistant will assist with monitoring risk management, employee safety, emergency management/preparedness, contracts, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the risk management program, including but not limited to risk assessment results data input, employee training coordination, and annual risk goal tracking.
• Uses lean strategies to assist in resolving or developing corrective action plans when potential risk is identified.
• Completes Cycle Contract Management.
• Trains Docusign workflows to new leaders.
• Routes contracts to necessary signatories following ICHS policy and procedure.
• Issues annual monitoring reports for all contracts.
• When necessary, follows up with Contract Managers on contract latency or annual monitoring issues.
• Follows up with Contract Managers on retrieving all executed contracts in a timely manner.
• Ensures executed contracts are stored in Navigator Repository.
• Prepares committee materials, including agenda, minutes, monthly reports, relevant documentation coordination, and action-item tracking, for the Corporate Compliance Committee and the HAWP Compliance Subcommittee.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Related experience may substitute up to two (2) years for the required degree.
• Two (2) years' experience in risk management, compliance, contracting, emergency management, and/or employee safety.
• Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.
