About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build a solid book of business backed by a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Possess an active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain)
- Prospect, develop, and secure new commercial insurance accounts through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Analyze client risks and insurance needs; recommend appropriate coverage and carrier solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and underwriting teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
- Provide continuous support and risk guidance to existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay current with industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes
- Represent One Insurance Services at networking events and professional gatherings
Qualifications for Success
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of commercial lines products, including property, liability, workers’ comp, auto, and E&O
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales goals
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers across diverse industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (AMS360 or EPIC preferred)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
