Responsibilities
- Manage contract reviews and support engagement planning by applying risk management frameworks and governance considerations.
- Drive sell-side services contract negotiations by redlining and negotiating risk, legal, and commercial terms directly with clients’ procurement, legal, and outside counsel.
- Collaborate with R&I risk management and PwC business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate contract, operational, and performance risks.
- Translate contract provisions and risk positions into clear guidance by educating stakeholders and clients.
- Establish and enhance internal controls and contract compliance processes.
- Lead contract risk alignment and governance across engagements.
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree preferred
- Experience with managed services offerings and related contract terms and conditions
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving mentality and autonomy in managing contract negotiations
- Ability to explain contract terms and positions collaboratively
- Experience driving process improvement

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. PwC offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
