PwC's Risk & Quality (R&Q) industry focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. They provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Lead initiatives in enterprise risk management, focusing on business continuity and risk model implementation.
- Negotiate risk, legal, and commercial terms in services contracts with PwC's clients (sell-side contracts, not procurement).
- Evaluate contract and related performance risks, educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions, redline/negotiate contracts with clients' procurement, legal, and outside counsel, and develop internal controls to establish and reinforce contract compliance.
- Implement risk management frameworks and enhance business processes, driving firm success through innovation, large-scale leadership, and strategic guidance in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma.
- At least 6 years of experience.

- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
- Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
- Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
- Deepen and evolve expertise with a focus on staying relevant.
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g., refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
