Risk & Independence Contract Specialist Senior Manager - Advisory Consulting Services
About the role
PwC's Risk & Quality (R&Q) industry focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. They provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Lead initiatives in enterprise risk management, focusing on business continuity and risk model implementation.
- Negotiate risk, legal, and commercial terms in services contracts with PwC's clients (sell-side contracts, not procurement).
- Evaluate contract and related performance risks, educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions, redline/negotiate contracts with clients' procurement, legal, and outside counsel, and develop internal controls to establish and reinforce contract compliance.
- Drive process improvement by analyzing current contracting approaches and processes and improving contracting efficiency and overall experience.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma.
- At least 6 years of experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
Schedule
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
