Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processes
- Support the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions that may affect budgets and risk exposure
- Perform preliminary analyses using established qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysis
- Aid in integrating risk findings into cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning efforts
- Spearhead the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project controls, estimating, and scheduling teams
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and summaries for review by senior risk and cost analysts
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of risk registers, cost assessments, and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy in the risk and cost management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 3–5 years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles
- Familiarity with risk management and cost analysis concepts
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow established procedures
Preferred Qualification/Certifications/Licensures
- Experience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programs
- Familiarity with risk and cost management tools (e.g., Excel, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule
Hybrid (75% onsite / 25% hybrid)
