About the role
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Risk Compliance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance exposures.
- Oversee insurance programs, including coverage evaluation, renewals, policy administration, and risk transfer strategies.
- Assess business initiatives, contracts, and operational changes to identify potential risk impacts and recommend appropriate safeguards.
- Partner with internal departments and external advisors to support compliance requirements, regulatory obligations, and audit readiness.
- Prepare risk related reports, metrics, and recommendations to support leadership decision making and organizational planning.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience developing and managing insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices within highly regulated environments.
- Ability to work onsite and support business needs that may occasionally require extended hours.
Qualifications
- Prior experience evaluating risk exposure, liability structures, and mitigation strategies within complex or multi entity organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess risks and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with experience working across multiple business functions.
- Previous experience developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and risk monitoring processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Pay
Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
