Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and administration of the Risk Management Program
- Document process flows and identify associated risks and controls
- Create independent analyses to gain insights into risk exposures and mitigation efforts
- Collaborate across various departments to assess control effectiveness, manage risk assessments, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable practices
- Facilitate risk assessments for products, vendors, and projects; monitor mitigation plans
- Maintain a risk register with metrics on likelihood, impact, and residual risk
- Create risk reports and heatmaps for leadership
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track financial and operational risk performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and technology skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Physical Requirements
- Constant use of computer screens
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
- Intermittent standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
- Sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
- Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
