Risk and Control Reporting Lead

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive oversight of application risk and control performance, including monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Single Process Inventory (SPI) controls. Identify issues, escalate risks, and drive remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of control gaps and audit findings. Represent the organization in risk governance forums, facilitating stakeholder alignment and maintaining strong risk visibility. Oversee key risk domains such as Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure risk, and cyber controls. Utilize data analytics to analyze large datasets, distill complex information into actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in technology risk, governance, audit, or controls
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to analyze large data files and extract meaningful insights
• Experience with risk metrics frameworks and a proven track record in risk reporting and issue management
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working within financial institutions or similar regulated environments is a plus
