Location: West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and tools safely to complete right‑of‑way mowing and all other tasks as assigned.
- Report all unsafe acts or unsafe conditions.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks.
- Communicate with management regarding supplies and equipment issues.
- Perform various physical duties assigned.
- Clean/prepare job site.
Requirements
- Experience with commercial mowing and landscaping (required).
- Experience with tractors and agricultural machinery (a plus).
- Ability to read/follow Google Earth‑type maps to stay within property boundaries (a plus).
- Willingness to obtain Mine Surface Training, Safeland and/or OSHA (training provided).
- Ability to work in a labor‑oriented environment, independently with or without supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb and perform standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift.
- Pass pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.
Compensation
$20+ per hour, based on experience.
