Right of Way Agent III (Hourly)

Job Description: 10+ years' experience; Responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location; Assist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates and schedules for projects; prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property; identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; assess, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; requires limited guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.
