About the role
This position is based in the TNP Fort Worth office and provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an innovative, growth-oriented professional firm.
Responsibilities
- Review title reports and identify issues that create an encumbrance on the title
- Review appraisal reports and answer property owner questions concerning the methodology of establishing value
- Negotiate property rights for the construction of public works projects proposed by Cities, Counties, Utility Districts, and the State of Texas
- Drive to properties, meetings, and other business events as needed
- Assist in preparing initial notice letters, offer letters, memorandum of agreements/sales contracts, final offer letters, and other documents required to secure clear title on a property
- Work cooperatively with title companies to schedule property closings
- Review construction plans sufficiently to explain project impacts on a particular property
Requirements
Education/Licensure
- High School Graduate
- Texas Real Estate Sales or Broker's License
- BA Degree from an accredited college with a major in business, finance, or other related studies (desired)
Professional
- 2 years experience in real estate or service-oriented industry
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Responsive and results-oriented in service to clients
- Committed to personal and professional growth and development
- Motivated to contribute to the growth of our company
- Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
- Possess a valid driver's license
