About the role
- Jr. Right-of-Way Agent (Charleston, South Carolina): Research, negotiate, and assist with the purchase, lease, or license of land required for construction projects.
- Senior Planner: Lead complex planning initiatives that integrate land use, mobility, and development strategy, supporting both public and private sector clients. Requires 10-15 years of professional experience in transportation planning and real estate development.
- Construction Engineer (Massachusetts): Work on various transportation and development projects. Responsibilities include project management, project controls, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, planning, safety, and field work. Use software such as CAD, BIM, and Revit. Review payment requisitions, claims, changes, productivity, and other potential influences on project budgets.
