This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, travel, and meaningful work that directly supports critical infrastructure projects. What You’ll DoAs an Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work directly with landowners, clients, and project teams to support infrastructure development projects across the midwest.Responsibilities Include:Building strong relationships with landowners and industry partnersNegotiating easements, property acquisitions, and access rightsCoordinating between clients and property owners throughout projectsEvaluating and negotiating crop and property damagesHelping coordinate property access for construction and maintenanceMaintaining accurate parcel and landowner recordsReading and explaining project plans to landownersTracking project progress and task completion What We’re Looking ForRequired:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insuranceWillingness to travel overnight 2–3 days per weekStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and professionalismAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to obtain Notary Public designation Preferred (But Not Required):Experience in:AgricultureConstructionSalesReal EstateLand AcquisitionCustomer Service Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:BusinessAg BusinessReal EstateMarketingOr a related field Compensation & BenefitsMileage reimbursement Daily per diemsHybrid work environmentCompany-provided office equipmentPaid travel expensesFull benefits package including:Health, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time offProfessional development opportunities5% company 401(k) matchAnd more Why Join JCG?
